How it Works (Our Design Process)order-now


1. Select a Design Package

  • Review the design packages we offer and choose the package that fits you best. Click here for a detailed description on the packages.

  • Once you have selected a design package, please click the "Select" or "Package" Icon button.

  • You will be directed to "Order Page" to provide us the following:

    • Creative brief for your design requirements

    • Company and Contact Information

    • Payment information

  • After you complete your order (either online or via the phone) you will receive 2 confirmation emails (1 invoice to pay the order, 1 confirmation email with ID and password and design process). Please save and print both of these emails.

  • If you have not completed your creative brief, you can log in to your customer panel and complete your brief.

2. Complete Creative Brief

  • After you select your order, we'll ask you to answer questions in a creative brief that helps us understand you, your business, and your design preferences. We know what to look for to make sure we develop a design that fulfills its business purposes, yet appeals to both you and your customers in terms of color, style, and overall feel.

  • If you have any questions about the creative brief, don't worry. You can contact us for assistance, or you can submit the creative brief as is. One of our design representatives will review your work and call you if he or she notices any issues. Whatever you do, make sure you complete and submit the creative brief because we will not assign designers to begin working on your design until you complete the brief.

  • After you sign up, you'll always be able to use your e-mail address and password  to log into your account.


3. Receive Design Draft

  • Your first draft of design samples will arrive within 3-5 days or specified in the package you ordered.

  • The number of logo concepts our designers create for you will be dependent on the design package you ordered (between 1 and 14). You will be provided with a login via email so you can review and critique your first draft.

  • Review the designs and choose 1 or 2 concepts that appeal to you and provide us with any changes you'd like to see. You may combine concepts, or make changes to such aspects as color, layout, graphic, font and the text.

  • If you do not receive your first draft of designs in the designated time frame, or you need design consultation, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it


4. Revise Chosen Draft

  • Once you choose an initial logo concept, we'll ask you to complete a revision brief to instruct our designers what changes you want to make to your logo. Your revision brief helps our designers apply their expertise to your vision.

  • You'll see revisions of the logo you selected 2 business days after you complete the revision brief.

  • If you order the platinum package or anything above, you enjoy unlimited revisions.


5. Receive Final Design

  • After you finalize your logo, we will send you an e-mail (and a CD-Rom with the Corporate Package or anything above) with various graphic formats of your logo within 24 hours (PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, GIF and more).

  • Desainonline releases the rights to you so that you may trademark your design. We do request the right to utilize your logo design in our portfolio unless you notify us otherwise.

  • After your logo is completed, we will begin designing your stationery, brochure, website, flash logo or any other design that you have purchased.
